Martin Award For a water rescue team that has gone beyond the program guidelines in establishing a team, or its performance of water rescue services as a result of the standards established through the Pennsylvania Fish & Boat Commission's Water Rescue Program. Heroes of Water Rescue Recognizes the contributions made to the Commonwealth by individuals who make a
significant, lasting and continuous impact in the field of water rescue as a
